This is the full GFHG ToneX collection.
It includes all the GFHG capture packs, the Worship Essentials: Amps collection, and all the captures from Worship Essentials: Drives.
I dial these in with the worship player in mind, because that’s the lane I primarily stay in. We’re after a particular kind of tone, and it takes some intentionality to get amps responding well with all the drives, wet effects, and modulation we throw at them.
I’ve also got guitars with single coils, humbuckers, and Filter’Trons, so I work hard to make sure these translate well across the board.
These captures are V2 and are compatible with ToneX and ToneX One.

Worship Essentials: Amps
Worship Essentials: Amps is my curated collection of hand-picked amp tones from across the larger GFHG capture library.
Think of these as some of my favorite starting points. You’re getting the complete amp and Fusion packs in this Everything Pack, but I still wanted to include this collection so you can quickly get to tones I think work especially well.
Worship Essentials: Drives — 27 Captures
This collection includes a slew of drive captures and is built to walk you through the gain stages, from clean boost through medium gain, using some of the pedals I’ve personally leaned on the most over the years.
All drives are dialed how I prefer them to be. I generally play them into amps or amp simulators at the edge of breakup for best results, but don’t feel locked into that. These captures respond really well to adjustments within ToneX, so you can shape them to fit your pickups and the way you run your amp.
Boost / Low Gain
- Greer Amps Lightspeed — The low gain wonder for just a little more hair.
- Jackson Audio Prism — One of my favorite clean boosts of all time. Has some nice sizzle.
- SOJ KDSD-3 Preamp — The Edge is known for this preamp. Great one here!
- SoloDallas Storm — A great preamp/drive that provides body.
- Tone Ranger Prickly Pear — A great preamp meant to add some sparkle.
- XACT Tone Solutions GE-7 Mod — An awesome EQ pedal that I use as a boost.
- Xotic Effects RC Booster — One of the best boost pedals of all time.
Low / Medium Gain
- Analogman King of Tone Red — Kind of medium gain. Everyone knows what this is.
- Analogman King of Tone Yellow — Everyone knows what this is.
- Benson Preamp, original gain version — One of my favorite pedals. My older one has a ton of gain on tap, and I love it.
- Case Study Last Light — Where this one shines to me is with the gain barely cracked, adding bite and clarity with a bit of pent-up aggression.
- JHS SuperBolt I — Low gain setting. All the fluffy goodness of the SuperBolt.
- Lauren Audio Mustang — I captured this one gainier than I normally use it, but backing the gain down puts it right at a great low-gain sweet spot.
- NRG Effects Purrer — Low to medium gain is this one’s strength.
- Shnobel Tone Daily Driver — My favorite low–medium gain drive.
- SoloDallas CD65 — Bright and open drive sound.
Medium Gain
- Analog Man King of Tone Red and Yellow Together — So good.
- Case Study Aspen Overdrive — A modern classic for medium gain stuff. So good.
- JHS Kilt V1, Cut Mode — Cut switch activated for a more open sound.
- JHS Kilt V1, Flat Mode — Flat switch activated for a fuller sound.
- JHS SuperBolt II — Medium gain setting. All the fluffy goodness of the SuperBolt.
