I keep these presets up to date with the latest Line 6 cab updates. The cabinets are one of the most important aspects of tone, and staying current with these updates ensures your patches will sound their absolute best.
My prayer is that these presets help you focus less on tone and more on worshiping the one true God, bringing glory to Him, joy to His people, and salvation to those who don’t yet know Jesus Christ.
A few things before you get started:
- Plug and Play: All presets are ready to use, with delays and reverbs carefully tuned to match the different sections of each song.
- Wet Effects Focus: I’ve really dialed in the wet effects, creating those lush, ethereal sounds that add depth and atmosphere.
- Stock POD Go Amps & Cabs: No IRs required! These presets rely entirely on POD Go’s stock options, and they sound fantastic. If you’re not looking to dive deep into the world of IRs, you can be confident that you’re getting top-quality tone from the stock cabs.

For the song-specific presets, all the drives, delays, reverbs, and modulation effects are pre-programmed, with Snapshots built for verse, chorus, bridge, etc. Just load and go! My goal was to recreate the sounds from my pedalboard, using snapshots and parameter adjustments to mimic the tones of my drive, reverb, and time-based pedals. The wet effects in particular are dialed in to capture those lush, ethereal tones we strive for in worship. I even found a way to somewhat replicate the Destroyer setting on the Strymon Mobius, and I’m super excited about that!
By design, the POD Go is more limited than some other devices, so I had to be selective in how I approached each preset. Some compromises were necessary, like choosing a single delay over dual delay or leaving out an octave setting. Even so, these presets are an ideal starting point for those looking to save time and learn how to craft their own tones. With some slight EQ and personal tweaks—if needed—you’ll have everything dialed in, or they may be perfect right out of the box!
