This preset pack includes 2 presets for Bethel, 4 for Elevation, 1 for Hillsong and 1 catch-all patch that will cover most everything else. I pray these patches help you along your journey to bring glory to the Lord, joy to his people and salvation to those who don’t yet know Jesus Christ!
- Bethel AMB – Nice, washy, cloud-like reverbs with chewy delay and beefy drives. Snapshot 1 through 3 take you from clean to heavy, emulating the sounds of the Vertex Steel String Singer and JHS Superbolt. Snapshot 4 is the swell/ambient patch, hence the “AMB” at the end.
- Bethel MOD – Nice, washy, cloud-like reverbs with chewy delay and beefy drives. Snapshot 1 through 3 take you from clean to heavy, emulating the sounds of the Vertex Steel String Singer and JHS Superbolt. Snapshot 4 is the modulation patch, which sounds like the Walrus Audio Julia.
- Hillsong AMB – Bright, crisp delays and reverb at just the right level. Snapshots 1 through 3 take you from clean to heavy, emulating the sounds of the Jackson Audio Prism and Selah Effects Scarlett Love. Snapshot 4 is the swell/ambient patch. This patch includes a dotted eighth and a dual delay for the newer and older Hillsong stuff.
- Elevation AMB – Shorter eighth note delays with a more punchy sound overall. Snapshot 1 through 3 take you from clean to heavy, emulating the sounds of the Analogman King of Tone and Klon KTR. Snapshot 4 is a swell/ambient patch.
- Elevation MOD – Shorter eighth delays with a more punchy sound overall. Snapshot 1 through 3 take you from clean to heavy, emulating the sounds of the Analogman King of Tone and Klon KTR. Snapshot 4 is a chorus/modulation patch for those There Is A Cloud and Hallelujah Here Below moments.
- Jack-of-all-trades – This patch splits the difference between Hillsong and Bethel. Great delays with more tame reverb. Nice, defined overdrives with just the right amount of beef and snap.
The Elevation patches also includes two more patches utilizing a Dotted 8th noted delay.
Patches work best in 4 Snapshot mode, although I’ve set them to work in Stomp mode as well, which can be fun!
To utilize the volume block, invest in an expression pedal. I use the Dunlop Volume X Mini (https://amzn.to/2LeFlWn) with a regular instrument table (TS, not TRS) into Expression Pedal 2 on the HX Effects. Be sure to flip the polarity of Exp 2 on the HX Effects unit.
